Experteer Overview
As a Junior People Business Partner in Valencia, you will support Spain-based leaders with day-to-day people matters, helping to shape a high-performing culture. You’ll work across employee relations, performance and change projects while partnering with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international context. The role offers progression toward broader Iberian HR scope and exposure to enterprise-level initiatives. You will help translate people data into actions that drive business impact.

• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management and disciplinary matters
• Assist with organizational change, restructures and business transformation
• Support workforce planning and organizational design with leaders
• Promote employee engagement and coach managers in people management
• Support talent reviews, succession planning and career development
• Support hiring and onboarding with Talent Acquisition
• Assist with learning and development programs across the region
• Analyse people metrics and provide insights to support decision-making




• Ensure compliance with Spanish employment legislation and company policies
• Monitor and report on Equality Plan obligations and liaise with employee bodies

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 4 years' experience in HR, Employee Relations or HR Business Partnering
• Strong understanding of Spanish employment legislation
• Fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English
• Experience advising managers on people matters
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to build trusted relationships across all levels
• Analytical mindset with strong Excel and reporting capabilities
• Experience in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
