This is a full-stack operating role across project delivery, renovation execution, financial control, compliance, investor success, tenant experience and team performance. You work on the organisation as much as in the organisation: building structure, installing rhythm, clarifying ownership and making sure the company scales through systems, not chaos. You will have the mandate to professionalise the operating model, build and lead the team, and make execution decisions across projects, operations and reporting. on budget and to weVLC quality standards; teams know who owns what; project margins and operational performance are transparent; investors receiveclearand reliable reporting; and residents experience weVLC as premium, responsive and connected.Your first 12 monthsIn your first year, your focus will be to professionalise the operating machine behind weVLC’s next phase of growth. This means strengthening project, financial, risk and compliance control; building accountabilityacross the team; improving investor reporting; and ensuring thatproject delivery, tenant experience and community operations scale to weVLC standards and local regulatory requirements. The business should become more predictable, more transparent, more compliant and easier to scale, without losing the entrepreneurial speed and ownership that made weVLC successful.The candidate we are looking forWe are looking for a senior operator who wants real ownership. Someone who is motivated by complexity, structure and building a company that can scale. You may already operate at COO level, or you may be a strong Head of Operations, Operations Director, General Manager, Chief of Staff or platform leader ready to step into full operational responsibility.
