You will lead the EnSite Experience u0026amp; Adoption function, partnering with business and IT to reduce friction and deliver measurable value. You’ll establish a repeatable operating model, track adoption, and ensure smooth transitions from delivery to steady-state operations. - Build trusted relationships with business leaders to understand how Eu0026A supports daily operations and identify improvements
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement focused on maximizing business value

- Identify friction and inefficiencies via engagement, analysis, and insights
- Translate recurring issues into sustainable business, process, training, or technical improvements

- Create KPIs and dashboards measuring value, adoption, and operational effectiveness
- Ensure projects transition to steady-state with high adoption and readiness
- Develop and mature a repeatable Eu0026A operating model for integral expansion
- Lead, coach, and develop the Eu0026A team
- Contribute to enterprise-level decision making as part of the EnSite leadership teamResponsabilidades
- Senior leadership experience within Enterprise Applications environments (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes across functional domains
- Experience driving process improvement, adoption, or continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience leading post-go-live stabilization and operational optimization
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to build partnerships across business and IT
- Structured, analytical, and disciplined problem-solving approach
- Ability to prioritize decisions and drive accountability in a complex matrix organization
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
