ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and monitor inbound shipments from suppliers, ports, and distribution centers.Manage end-to-end import and customs clearance processes to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and government authorities to resolve clearance or transportation issues.Review shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and import permits.Ensure accurate tariff classification, customs valuation, and duty/tax compliance.Track inbound deliveries and provide shipment visibility updates to internal teams.Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, planning, and finance teams to support operational continuity.Monitor logistics KPIs such as transit time, customs delays, freight costs,
