As Director, Ethics u0026amp; Compliance, Europe, you define and drive the regional ethics program across multiple European markets. You will partner with senior leadership to embed a culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability, navigating complex regulatory environments. Your role blends strategic leadership with operational oversight to protect the business and enable sustainable growth. This high-visibility position offers influencing opportunities at board level and across the European organization, shaping how ethics and compliance enable performance.
