Your Mission




We are seeking a German-speaking Content Moderator who will play a key role in reviewing and monitoring user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards and platform policies.
This position is idóneo for individuals passionate about digital spaces, online integrity, and user safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Review user-generated content to verify alignment with platform guidelines
- Detect, assess, and manage inappropriate or harmful materials
- Work closely with moderation and policy teams to strengthen platform integrity
- Contribute to the improvement of moderation strategies and user safety protocols
- Document and elevate edge cases as necessary

What We Are Looking For

- C2 level in German and strong English communication skills
- Passion for social media and digital communities
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and team-spirited
- Experience in content moderation, customer service, or contact centres is a plus
- Completed secondary education or higher (mandatory)
- Willingness to work on a rotational schedule (morning or afternoon shifts)
