Experteer Overview
In this role you drive new business growth across EMEA by leveraging polymer expertise to win and develop customers in non-food segments. You will work within a cross-functional team to translate technical needs into value-based solutions and help roll out innovations. The position combines strategic prospecting with hands-on technical discussions to expand the customer base and forecasted pipeline. This role offers broad exposure to European markets in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Identify and secure new customers and application opportunities across Europe in Non-Food segments (including Plastics)
• Drive new business development while managing selected strategic accounts
• Build and maintain a strong, accurately forecasted sales pipeline from lead to contract
• Lead customer meetings with a strong technical foundation in polymer technologies
• Translate customer needs into value-driven proposals in collaboration with Application, Ru0026D and Product Management
• Support commercial introduction and rollout of new innovations
• Monitor market trends and competitive movements to uncover growth opportunities
• Ensure accurate opportunity tracking and reporting through CRM systems
Responsabilidades
• Degree in Polymer Technology, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Strong technical understanding of polymers/biopolymers and polymer-based applications in commercial settings
• Proven experience in technical sales or account management within specialty chemicals or formulation-driven industries
• Proactive, opportunity-oriented commercial mindset with strong relationship-building skills
• Ability to convey technical concepts clearly to customers
• Ability to work independently across multiple EMEA markets
• Self-driven and structured approach to managing priorities and customer engagements
• Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage
• Willingness to travel across the region at least 50% of the time
