Responsibilities- Manage worldwide P&L for HPAM with end to end responsibilities.- Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and participates in cross-functional initiatives (Supply Chain, OPEX or Warranty).- Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.- Collaborates with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope.- Performs complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or business, utilizing strong business understanding to achieve objectives effectively.- Leads and drives business initiatives, overseeing analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance.- Forecasts financial results within a broad scope and identifies opportunities for process improvement and policy development,



actively engaging in their design and implementation.- Represents the organization to external customers and clients.Requirements- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.- Typically has 5 -7 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.- Preferred Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) could be an asset- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) could be an asset- Accounting- Auditing- Data Analysis and Automation- Financial Analysis- Financial Planning- Generally Accepted Accounting Principles- Process Improvement- Profit And Loss (P&L) Management- Services Business Experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
