Experteer Overview As a Senior SAM Data u0026amp; Technologies Specialistat ServiZurich, you will own and enhance the SAM technology and data stack within a global framework. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to implement best-practice SAM methodologies, deploy and improve data platforms, and drive data-driven insights. The role combines hands-on data work with governance and collaboration across IT, finance, and procurement to optimize software assets at scale. - Own and operate the SAM technology and data solution, ensuring reliability and continuous improvement
- Deploy, customize, support, and enhance SAM platforms and data platforms
- Contribute technical and data insights to implement the SAM framework for internal and external customers
- Apply industry best practices and share lessons learned in tools and data management within SAM
- Provide IT operational best practices to enable successful application rollouts across platforms
- Demonstrate familiarity with enterprise software use cases including infrastructure, cloud, containerization, and tier 1 publishers
- Maintain cross-functional awareness of downstream and upstream SAM processes
- Collaborate with IT architecture, governance, security, support, operations, finance,



and procurement to align and deliver results
- Create and maintain clear documentation for transparency and knowledge management
- Support and drive global SAM standards, controls, reporting, and KPI monitoring
- Track workload and ensure deadlines and targets are met
- Leverage AI to reduce manual effort and identify optimization opportunities

- 5+ years of relevant technical experience
- Strong knowledge of Software Asset Management and licensing concepts
- Hands-on experience with SAM platforms such as Flexera
- Experience with SQL; Databricks a plus
- APIsfor platform interoperability
- Python coding for automation
- ETL, data warehousing, and data quality assurance
- Windows, Unix/Linux, and virtualization administration
- Business intelligence capabilities with emphasis on Power BI a plus
- Proven track record of adopting AI in day-to-day operations
- Good time and project management skills
