Position SummaryWe are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to be a part of our service department at Madrid 4 S dealership (BYD + DENZA). This role is pivotal in ensuring with an excellent car-buying experience.Position OverviewAssist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales contracts and processing orders. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and dealership services. Arrange test drives and ensure vehicles are in excellent condition for customer ordination and Follow-upCoordinate with other departments, including service and finance, to ensure a seamless customer journey. Follow up with potential and existing customers to build and maintain long-term relationships.Inventory ManagementMonitor and update vehicle inventory records. Ensure vehicles in the showroom and lot are clean, well-maintained,



and displayed attractively.Assist in compiling and analyzing sales data for team reviews. Prepare periodic reports to track progress towards sales targets.QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or above.
