Embracing new technologies and research‑led practice, you will contribute to a high‑quality learning experience across the school.Following the Cognita Teaching Toolkit, you will deliver the primary curriculum to a high standard, maintain high expectations, and use effective formative and summative assessment to track progress. You will create a positive, purposeful learning climate and support students in meeting ambitious targets for behaviour, work and achievement.You will also engage in ongoing professional development, participate in the school’s performance management system, and carry out routine duties such as break supervision, assemblies, meetings and parent events.
