Summary – Basic Function of the RoleWe are seeking an Internal Account Manager – Channel & Distribution Support to join our commercial team based in Madrid. This role plays a key part in supporting Enerpac's channel and distribution sales strategy by managing assigned generalist accounts, driving distributor engagement, coordinating lead management activities through Salesforce, and supporting commercial growth initiatives across the region.
The successful candidate will act as a central point of coordination between distributors, Account Managers, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, and Vertical Market teams.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and develop assigned generalist accounts, ensuring consistent account coverage and strong customer relationships that support revenue growth and commercial objectives.
