Responsibilities- Deliver expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process, ensuring technical activities align with best practices and client requirements- Customize SAP Payroll solutions in accordance with customer requirements following Strada standards, and conduct system testing to validate functionality and compliance with specifications- Effective management of priorities to meet established deadlines- Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders and support other project members when required- Track project progress, documentation,



and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery- Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR business processes and the SAP HR architecture to ensure successful solution delivery within defined project timelines- Support go-live activities ensuring payroll system readinessRequirements- Bachelor's or Master’s degree with a focus on Business or Technology (or equivalent experience)- Hands‑on experience in SAP HCM application. Involvement in implementations is a plus- In‑depth knowledge of Spanish payroll configuration, and a strong track record of delivering high‑quality HR system implementations/configurations- Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success, together with discretion in handling sensitive information- Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills and a client‑focused, collaborative mindset.#J-18808-Ljbffr
