Experteer Overview In this role you support procurement transformation and ESG initiatives within Rheinmetall Expal Munitions, collaborating with global teams to drive compliant procurement practices and sustainable supplier management. You will analyze procurement and sustainability data to generate KPIs and support international projects that advance digital transformation. The position offers exposure to a multinational environment and meaningful impact on procurement excellence and ESG alignment. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement policies and tools that elevate supplier performance and compliance.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Support the implementation of Rheinmetall Group procurement policies and standards
- Improve procurement processes and supplier management activities
- Analyze procurement and sustainability data, generating reports and KPIs
- Support the deployment of EcoVadis, Carbmee and Ivalua




- Assess supplier sustainability performance and supply chain risks
- Ensure compliance with ESG and supply chain regulations
- Participate in international projects related to procurement, sustainability and digital transformationResponsabilidades
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Environmental Sciences or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement, Sustainability, ESG or Business Analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interest in sustainability, procurement and continuous improvement
- Fluent English (C1) mandatory
- German and/or Italian will be considered a plus
