If you’re looking for an exciting challenge and the chance to grow your career, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesTechnical and Functional Analysis: Translate business requirements into clear and detailed technical specifications, ensuring proper understanding by the development llaboration with the Product Owner: Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure alignment between business requirements and project deliverables, driving clear communication and prioritization.Development Support: Accompany the technical team throughout the entire project lifecycle, addressing functional or technical questions and ensuring correct implementation of requirements.System and Architecture Analysis: Understand system architecture, component dependencies, and integrations with other services or APIs.Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical and functional documentation (diagrams, data flows, specifications).Active Participation in Scrum: Take part in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, refinements, retrospectives), contributing to requirement clarity and prioritization.Incident and Improvement Management: Analyze technical issues, propose solutions, and coordinate their resolution with the team.Quality and Best Practices: Promote good analysis, design, and documentation practices within the team to enhance efficiency and traceability.Required SkillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.Advanced degrees or certifications in business analysis or project management are preferred.Fluency in English (at least B2).
