We are looking for a BESS Project ManagerFor our Production & Operation Department, manage current construction & commissioning projects.Functions & ResponsibilitiesLead the execution and delivery of utility-scale BESS projectsfrom Notice to Proceed (NTP) through commissioning, testing, and Commercial Operation Date (COD); ensuring safe, on schedule, within budget, and compliance delivery. Ensure a smooth and complete transition of projects from construction to Operations & Maintenance teams.Act as theprimary point of contactbetween internal departments, EPC contractors, OEMs, consultants, grid operators, authorities, and other project stakeholders.Develop, maintain, and monitor project execution plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and resource plans throughout the project lifecycle. Arrangement of regular meetings providing accurate ordinatingInternal Stakeholdersto ensure project milestones are achieved; MonitoringExternal Stakeholdersensuring compliance with contractual obligations, HSE standards, quality requirements, and project specifications.Implementingmitigation measures and corrective actionswhen necessary.Review and manage contracts, change orders, claims, variations, and commercial matters in coordination with legal, procurement, and finance teams. Support procurement activities.Ensure all permitting, environmental, interconnection, land, and regulatory requirements are fulfilled throughout project ordinate technical reviewsincluding detailed engineering, equipment approvals, factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), and commissioning procedures. Coordinate testing activities to ensure contractual guarantees and technical performance requirements are achieved.Oversee construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to approved designs, construction standards, quality plans,



and safety procedures.Ensureeffective interface management between BESS systems, substations, transmission infrastructure, SCADA, EMS, and other plant components.Promote a strong HSE culture and ensure continuous compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry best practices.Willingness to travel extensively and be based near project sites during critical project phases.Additional Key Competencies for a BESS Project ManagerMinimum 3 years in Project Management roles.At least 10 years of related working experience.Bachelor's degree inElectrical / Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.English, at least B2 Level.H&S intermediate course will be highly valued.Demonstrable experience as Project Manager roles inEPC renewable energy projects(from the Rt B to the COD phases).Demonstrable direct responsibility in: Managing complex multi-disciplinary teams; Project stakeholders' coordination; Project construction and commissioning coordination; Project budget and costcontrol management; Supporting to procurement and contracting.Understanding ofutility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems, MV/HV electrical infrastructure, substations, SCADA, EMS, PPC and grid-connection requirements.Knowledge oflithium-ion battery technologies, fire protection systems, and BESS commissioning processes.Strong project management capabilities.Strong ability to read and review electrical single-line diagrams, protection schemes, civil drawings, and technical engineering documents and specifications.Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP, and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable.BenefitsOpportunities to work in a forward-thinking, environmentally conscious industry.Career development and growth petitive compensation package with attractive employee benefits.A dynamic and inclusive company culture that fosters collaboration and innovation.
