Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the technical delivery of automation systems from project execution to final acceptance. You will work with the Spanish team to ensure throughput, quality, and customer requirements are met, while continuously assessing performance and addressing issues. You will drive pre-site testing, verification, and corrective actions to minimize defects and scope changes. This is a hands-on role with a clear impact on project success and customer satisfaction across the portfolio.
