The responsibilities include:Customer service assurance:Preparation and monitoring of service dashboards, to guarantee compliance with the SLAs and contractual conditions.Service tracking meetings with the customer leadership.Providers service assurance:Preparation and monitoring of service dashboards, to guarantee compliance with the SLAs and contractual conditions.Service tracking meetings with the providers leadership.Daily contractor/vendor deployment incident managementNetwork deployment projects budget and delivery target managing.Leadership in telco and infrastructure deployment projects with customer and vendor/contractors.Civil works drawing expertise.Utilize the H&S and SGC systems,
