Experteer Overview As Manufacturing Engineer at Alstom, you define and validate detailed manufacturing processes for new products and set industrial master data. You work with cross‑functional teams to improve manufacturability and meet Quality, Cost, and Design targets. You participate in product design reviews, PFMEA, prototype validation, tooling specifications, and ERP routing development. You help industrialize retrofits and support production to achieve QCD goals while promoting safety and ergonomics. This role offers impact on scalable manufacturing in the railway sector and continuous improvement initiatives.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Define and validate detailed manufacturing processes for new products
- Coordinate with Process Engineer/Product Industrial Manager to improve manufacturability and hit QCD targets
- Participate in product design reviews and PFMEA
- Validate prototypes and write tooling specifications
- Develop ERP routings, Work Instructions, and Inspection Instructions; program CNCs where applicable




- Ensure compliance with EHS and ergonomic standards; sequence work stations
- Validate design and industrialization via FAR/FAI; calculate precise Method Time
- Industrialize retrofits post-engineering changes (routings, work instructions, tooling)
- Support Production to achieve manufacturing QCD targets; participate in continuous improvement workshops (e.G., SWIP)
- Contribute to industrial REX on manufacturing processes
- Relate to tooling requests and manage associated documentationResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Manufacturing experience; railway industry preferred
- Technical knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering and writing work instructions; line balancing
- ERP experience for BOM, Routings, Configuration follow‑up (e.G., SAP)
- Quality, EHS standards and Ergonomics knowledge
