Experteer Overview In this role you will drive PMO operations for Transcend, a general transformation program modernizing transactional processes into a single ERP backbone. You will coordinate governance, planning, and risk management across cross-functional teams to enable agile, compliant delivery. You’ll lead a diverse PMO team and partner with global stakeholders to ensure clear decisions and continuous improvement. - Drive a culture of continuous improvement using data and insights
- Ensure effective PMO operations through planning, governance, and risk managementResponsabilidades
- Minimum 8 years of proven experience in program or project management
- 7+ years in PMO within large global transformation programs; ERP experience preferred
- Strong expertise in delivery governance, RAID, schedule and scope control, status reporting, risk management
- Experience leading PMO operations teams in matrixed, multinational environments
- Ability to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
- Excellent collaboration and communication across project teams and functions
- Knowledge of compliance, quality standards and change management
- Proficiency with project management tools; familiarity with Agile and WaterfallRequisitos principales
