Experteer Overview
As a Software Engineer on the O4A - TheHub platform, you design and maintain C# / .NET microservices that run live clinical workflows. You will contribute to front-end work with Angular when needed and collaborate across teams to ensure reliability in patient care systems. You may work on AI-enabled features under guidance, integrating AI capabilities while avoiding AI research focus. This role emphasizes practical software engineering in a regulated healthcare environment with impact on patient outcomes.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Develop and maintain C# / .NET microservices within O4A - TheHub following architectural conventions
• Contribute to front-end development (Angular / TypeScript) in collaboration with the Lead Front-end Engineer
• Debug and troubleshoot across the microservices environment to minimize clinical disruption
• Contribute to AI-enabled features (e.g., AI Integration microservice) under guidance, implementing Generative AI capabilities
• Participate in code reviews and document technical designs to reduce key-person dependency
• Collaborate with the Lead Data Scientist on translating AI/ML concepts into maintainable C# components




• Support integration with Azure cloud and messaging services for real-time and asynchronous processing
• Stay current with software engineering practices and applied Generative-AI tooling
• Engage in technical alignment meetings with the team and clinical stakeholders

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 1–2 years of professional software development with production-grade C# / .NET experience (3–5 years preferred)
• Git and collaborative development workflows
• Azure DevOps / YAML CI/CD pipelines
• Docker / containerization
• Azure platform services: Azure OpenAI, Azure Service Bus, Azure AI Services
• Spanish: native or fluent; English: professional proficiency
• C# / .NET 8, async/await, IAsyncEnumerableu003cu003e, DI, REST APIs
• ASP.NET Core fundamentals
