Job MissionAs a First Party Collector, you will be part of our general finance team, supporting collection activities for customers in the United States and Canada. Your mission is to ensure timely recovery of outstanding receivables, maintain accurate records, and foster strong customer relationships to support PPG’s financial performance. This role is based in Rubí, Spain, and follows an onsite model. The working hours are aligned with the North American market, from 14:00 to 23:00 CET, Monday through Friday.Key ResponsibilitiesReview open accounts and initiate collection effortsConduct outbound calls and emails to recover overdue paymentsMeet monthly call and notation targetsProcess payments and update records accuratelyMaintain organized and up-to-date collection filesFollow up on payment arrangements using the treatment scheduleBuild and maintain positive relationships with customersRequirementsAdaance English speakerBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related field1–2 years of experience in collections or customer serviceStrong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skillsEffective business writing and professional communicationDetail-oriented and organizedExperience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)PPG provides equal opportunity to all candidates and employees.
