As Associate Director, Data u0026amp; Analytics – Delivery Region Europe, you partner with senior leaders to shape data-driven strategies and end-to-end data products across Europe. You translate business priorities into actionable roadmaps, deliver scalable data solutions, and ensure governance and compliance throughout the lifecycle. You’ll collaborate across business, product, engineering, and governance teams to drive adoption and measurable value. This role offers visibility, impact on regional analytics, and opportunities to advance data maturity in a regulated, global organization.

Responsabilidades
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to translate needs into data-driven solutions
• Strong business analysis and requirements management in cross-functional settings
• Advanced expertise in SQL and modern cloud-based data platforms
• Hands-on delivery of scalable data pipelines, transformations, and analytics products
• Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, lineage, and data quality
• Experience with Snowflake and enterprise data orchestration technologies
• Proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and testing
• Excellent communication to influence both technical and non-technical audiences
