Experteer Overview As an HR Business Partner for Iberia, you partner with leadership to translate global HR strategy into local action. You’ll shape People Action Plans, support talent development, and reinforce culture and values to drive business objectives. You will work across Madrid, Seville, and Barcelona to optimize employee experience, engagement, and performance. - Partner with leadership to develop People Action Plans aligned to business goals
- Serve as strategic HR partner on people-related topics across the region
- Design and implement innovative HR strategies and initiatives
- Support managers in talent management, performance, and leadership development
- Ensure alignment of global and local HR policies and practices
- Analyze people metrics to inform business decisions and learning needs
- Oversee training initiatives and learning needs assessment




- Ensure compliant HR processes across the organization
- Enhance employee engagement and experience through lifecycle management
- Act as HR contact for the Works Council and maintain compliance with labor legislation
- Promote Schneider Electric culture, values, and ethical standards
- Provide a positive employee experience from onboarding to offboardingResponsabilidades
- Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partnering or similar HR roles
- Strong understanding of business challenges and organizational dynamics
- Excellent organizational, communication, change management and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to lead and manage HR projects
- Strong analytical mindset with HR data and metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
