Engineering Oil & Gas Company is looking for a Sand Blasting Painting Foreman for their project located in Worldwide (Currently in Romania).MISSION- Coordinate and control the work of the dependent team based on sandblasting and painting Scope of Work assigned- Distribute the equipment and materials to allow the team to perform the assigned activitiesTASKS- Ensure that operators and all personnel belonging to the team strictly observe applicable safety standards- Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the project quality requirements- Give instructions to the te am in order to execute the sand blasting and painting works as per applicable painting system- Coordinate and check the work carried out by the team, reporting any difficulties to the works supervisor- Organise all the means, e quipment and materials necessary to perform the work. Check that they comply with applicable provisions, report any anomalies and coordinate any corrective actions- Liaise with the works supervisor in order to optimize the use of equipment and personnel- Carry out the daily toolbox talkings- Verify the sand blasting and painting works are always carried out in appropriate habitats,



preventing dispersion of grit and toxic products in the environment- Ensure adherence to the planned time frame- Ensure that any approved modification made during the execution of the works is duly marked-up on the relevant drawings, in order to allow the issue of As Built documentation- Provide the works supervisor with data on quantities produced for updating progress reports and quantities accounting- Provide the work supervisor with data on manpower, equipment, tools and material used- Implement the permit-to-work system- Liaise with other disciplines on ongoing operations- Ensure the housekeeping of the work locationRequirements- Experience in position of Sand Blasting Painting ForemanProject, flag:Location:Worldwide (Currently in Romania)Position:Sand Blasting Painting ForemanApproximately May 2026 (The contract starting date as per the travel date to work side)Contract duration:31.12.2026Work/leave rotation:To be confirmedWorking hours:12 hours per day and 7 days per weekTo be confirmedOvertime:Overtime rate will also be included on top for every extra hour of workInsurances:Death & Disability + Life Insurance, Medical Insurance and Income protection provided by the CompanyFlights:Prepaid Economy class ticket at beginning, end of CNT and for each work leave rotation cycle#J-18808-Ljbffr
