Experteer Overview In this role you expand Fever’s footprint in Spain by forging deep commercial partnerships with producers, creators, venues, and stakeholders. You will define and execute a growth plan, balance a growing client base, and act as Fever’s in-house expert on trending experiences. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to deliver partner growth and maximize value for both Fever and event organisers. - Develop and implement a growth strategy to scale Fever’s presence in Spain

- Act as the in-house expert on the latest trends and best opportunities in the entertainment landscapeResponsabilidades
- At least 4+ years in top-tier consulting or equivalent, plus 4+ years in relevant sectors (corporate, tech, sports/music/arts)
- Strong business development and partnership management skills
- Self-starter with ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Data-driven approach to prioritization and decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Docs; experience with a SalesCRM (Sugar CRM preferred)
- Knowledge of Spain’s entertainment, events, and lifestyle trends
