Your immediate focus will be the management and delivery of Global Games Europe, a flagship, multi school event bringing students together around sport, teamwork and international collaboration.Following the successful establishment of Global Games Europe, you will expand your remit to support and lead further regional events, conferences, leadership meetings, student experiences and strategic regional programmes, becoming the region's centre of expertise for event planning, delivery and continuous improvement.This is a newly created, standalone role for an events and programme delivery specialist who can build something from the ground up and grow it into a lasting regional capability. You will work closely with school based teams, regional leadership, and colleagues across Marketing, Admissions, Communications, Safeguarding and Finance.Key ResponsibilitiesGlobal Games Europe leadershipLead the end to end planning and delivery of Global Games Europe, from concept through to post event evaluationManage project plans, timelines, budgets, logistics and stakeholder communications across all participating schoolsCoordinate participating schools, travel, accommodation,
safeguarding arrangements and on the day event operationsRegional event strategy and planningDevelop and own the regional events calendar for NAE EuropeIdentify opportunities that support student experience, community engagement and enrolment growthCreate scalable event frameworks and playbooks that can be repeated and adapted for future regional programmesProject and programme managementManage multiple workstreams concurrently across schools and regional teamsTrack milestones, budgets, risks and deliverables, escalating early where neededProvide regular, clear reporting to senior stakeholders across the regionEvent delivery and operationsOversee venues, suppliers, registration systems, travel and accommodation for all regional eventsManage event day execution and contingency planning, staying calm and decisive when plans need to changeEnsure every event meets NAE's safeguarding, health and safety requirements without compromiseStakeholder, marketing and partnership managementBuild strong, trusted relationships with school leaders, regional teams and external partnersAct as the central point of contact for regional event delivery across the Europe regionPartner with Marketing, Admissions and Communications teams to align events with brand standards and support lead generation and parent engagementDevelop relationships with corporate and relocation partners, and identify sponsorship opportunities that add value without compromising the student experienceContinuous improvement and regional contributionTrack event KPIs, attendee satisfaction and return on investment, and use them to improve every future eventShare best practice on event delivery across schools and regional teams, helping NAE Europe work in a more joined up and efficient wayEssentialWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORBachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience5+ years' experience in event management,
