In this role you will lead Americas sales enablement, shaping how Fever’s BD teams ramp quickly and perform at scale in the US and Canada. You’ll translate global methodologies into regional programs, build certifications, and drive coaching, playbooks, and content that boost adoption and outcomes. You will partner with RevOps, Product, Marketing, and Talent to embed world-class enablement across a fast-growing, global marketplace. Your work will directly impact ramp time, deal quality, and the consistency of Fever’s regional sales execution. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role in a high-growth culture that rewards initiative and measurable impact.

• Design and lead onboarding programs for US u0026 Canada BD hires aligned with global enablement
• Translate integral methodologies into scalable regional training and certification frameworks
• Develop and evolve the Americas BD Playbook and regional messaging/qualification standards
• Coach BD teams via call reviews, deal reviews, role plays, and 1:1 sessions; identify performance gaps and deploy targeted initiatives
• Establish coaching cadences and best practices; feedback loop with RevOps on process adherence and tool adoption
• Lead rollout of new tools and processes in close collaboration with global enablement and RevOps
• Measure adoption and impact using ramp time, pipeline quality, and activity metrics
• Foster a high-performance sales culture through competitions, certifications, and recognition programs
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and leadership to define top sales talent profiles and career development frameworks
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations to maintain region-specific commercial content and assets
• Ensure documentation and adoption of regional best practices within the global enableme
