Experteer Overview
As Brand Manager for DACH, you will shape Factorial’s brand strategy and identity for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand experience across channels and campaigns. This senior role offers ownership and impact on how the region perceives the brand, with opportunities to drive localization, storytelling, and campaign execution. You’ll join a fast-growing SaaS company and help tell Factorial’s story in a culturally resonant way.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Define the DACH brand strategy, positioning, and tone of voice with cultural relevance
• Lead end-to-end brand campaigns from concept to execution with creative, content, and performance teams
• Own and enforce brand guidelines across marketing, product, sales, and other functions
• Oversee the German visual and verbal identity across web, social, product, and offline channels with local partners




• Collaborate with Product Marketing to align brand and product storytelling across go-to-market in DACH
• Research the market and measure brand health (awareness, perception, consideration) to demonstrate impact

Responsabilidades
• 4-5+ years in Brand Management, preferably in B2B or SaaS, with DACH exposure
• Advanced German and fluent English; internal work by English
• strong strategic and analytical mindset to translate insights into brand direction
• proven experience leading campaigns from strategy through execution
• solid grasp of visual identity and design principles
• strong storytelling and presentation abilities
• comfort with fast-paced change and driving initiatives without waiting for processes
