Experteer Overview
In this role you will directly coach and enable our BDRs and AEs to raise ramp speed, productivity and performance. You’ll partner with Sales, Product Marketing and Operations to align enablement with business priorities and deploy practical playbooks and training. You’ll drive adoption of enablement tools and support AI-enabled selling across global teams. This is a hands-on, impact-driven role that shapes how the sales organization learns and improves.

• Deliver engaging sales training and coaching for BDRs and AEs (social selling, prospecting, discovery, objections, demos)
• Lead onboarding for new sales hires and continually improve the onboarding experience
• Coach through live call reviews and customer meetings to lift performance
• Build and maintain sales playbooks, scripts, frameworks and best-practice guides
• Drive adoption of enablement platforms (Seismic, DealHub) and related tools
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing and Operations to align enablement with priorities
• Use performance data to identify capability gaps and deliver targeted development




• Support certification programmes, competency frameworks and career progression pathways
• Help sales teams adapt to new technologies and AI-enabled selling

Responsabilidades
• Experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, Revenue Enablement or similar B2B sales development role
• Proven success coaching BDRs and AEs
• Knowledge of modern sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger or similar)
• Experience delivering both classroom-style and one-to-one coaching, virtual and in-person
• Strong feedback, facilitation and presentation skills
• Data-driven, commercially minded with ability to translate insights into action
• Experience across global or multi-region sales organisations
• Fluent English; Spanish a plus
• Experience with sales tech platforms (Seismic, HubSpot, Salesloft, Sales Navigator)
