AtOesia Group, We are looking for a highly experiencedProject Managerto lead complex defence and aerospace programmes involving multidisciplinary engineering teams, international stakeholders and advanced technology solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage complex defence and aerospace projects from initiation to deliveryCoordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, operations, quality and financeDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules and budgetsIdentify, monitor and mitigate programme risks and dependenciesAct as the main point of contact for customers, partners and key stakeholdersEnsure contractual obligations and project milestones are achievedPrepare and present programme status reports to management and customersSupport proposal preparation, bid activities and contract negotiationsDrive project governance, decision‑making processes and performance reviewsFoster collaboration across international teams and external partnersRequired QualificationsBachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Industrial, Telecommunications or similar)Proven experience managing complex engineering or technology programmesExperience working in Defence, Aerospace, Space,
