Experteer Overview
In this role you will monitor and analyze credit risk and collections performance to support informed decision‑making and cash collection improvements. You will develop reporting, dashboards, and predictive indicators to identify trends and optimize processes across the order‑to‑cash cycle. You will collaborate with Collections, Billing, Customer Service, and Finance to mitigate financial risk and drive improvements. This position offers a meaningful chance to contribute to ENGIE’s carbon‑neutral transition and work within a cross‑functional, data‑driven team.

• Analyze credit risk, overdue debt, and customer payment behavior
• Produce reports on debt, aging, DSO, and cash collection performance
• Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities in collections processes
• Develop predictive analyses, risk indicators, and early‑warning alerts
• Build and maintain dashboards and performance reporting tools
• Support process automation and data quality improvement initiatives
• Assess impact of billing, disputes,



and operational issues on outstanding debt
• Coordinate activities with Collections, Billing, Customer Service, and Finance teams
• Provide analytical support to management and contribute to continuous process improvement

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in credit risk, collections, business analytics, or financial reporting
• Advanced Excel and experience with Power BI or similar BI tools
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Energy or utilities sector experience is a plus
