Senior Analyst – Marketing EffectivenessDepartment: Marketing Effectiveness - EuropeEmployment Type: Permanent - Full TimeLocation: Spain - MadridDescriptionOur Marketing Effectiveness department helps advertisers get the best returns on their marketing and promotional spend.Key Responsibilities- Create and deliver accurate and appropriate analytic models using the tools and processes and assisting in ad hoc projects as advised by the Team Leader.- Interpret the analysis to create concise, insightful customer communications (presentations, documentation etc.), being able to create and develop a narrative that is consistent with the data gathered.- Ensure projects and deadlines are met in line with the client's needs.- Continually develop marketing effectiveness knowledge and expertise by participating in in-house trainings, as well as helping and supporting Analyst and Graduate Analyst with their development.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Economics (with a strong focus on econometrics)



or Data Science.- You will have at least 1-3 years of experience in a similar environment.- You will have proven, hands-on experience in econometrics and Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM).- Good knowledge of media mix, pricing and promotions, ideally with a consultancy, media agency or media owner.- Excellent attention to detail.- Advanced numerate & analytical skill.- Competent with Excel, PowerPoint and Word.- Ideally you have had experience with R Studio; any programming skills would be advantageous.- Be able to communicate in a professional environment.- You will be fluent in English (spoken and written).Benefits- Flexibility to work from home.
