Main ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Manufacturing Process ExpertiseDefine and validate end-to-end manufacturing processes, including:Production execution, tank, packaging, labeling, and inventory updatesWarehouse flows (receiving, put‑away, picking, shipping)Traceability across materials, batches, and handling unitsEnsure processes reflect real operational practices, including:Manual interventionsExceptions (rework, scrap, damaged products)MES / MOM Functional LeadershipTranslate operational needs into clear, implementable functional requirementsSupport definition of capabilities such as:Real-time production tracking (WIP, scrap, rework)Tank production and inventoryPackaging and labeling executionInventory synchronization and genealogyEnsure alignment and integration with:ERP systems (SAP)Loading / shipping / receivingQuality systems (LIMS)WMSShopfloor systems (SCADA/PLC)S&OP Alignment and FeasibilityBridge planning and execution by ensuring:Production plans are feasible and aligned with plant constraintsSupply chain decisions reflect real operational capabilitiesSupport the S&OP cycle:Demand review – Supply review – Reconciliation – Management Business ReviewPlant Engagement & ValidationWork closely with plant teams to:Validate process designs on-siteIdentify gaps between "standard processes" and real executionAdapt solutions to varying plant maturity levels and automation capabilitiesStandardization with FlexibilityContribute to defining:Integral process templatesControlled plant-level adaptationsEnsure solutions are:Scalable across plantsAdapted to local operational realitiesVendor & Solution EvaluationParticipate in vendor selection and solution design:RFI/RFP processesFunctional validation workshopsTechnical demos and fit‑for‑purpose assessmentsQualifications & Skills5–10+ years of hands‑on manufacturing experience, ideally in production/plant operations, packaging, or inventory-intensive environmentsProven exposure to manufacturing processes and shop‑floor operations and interaction with MES/MOM or related systemsExperience in multi‑plant or global environments with high variabilityKnowledge of MES and ERP (SAP) integration, traceability and inventory management processesIdeally background in mining, materials, chemicals, or process manufacturing industriesKey CompetenciesStrong process-oriented thinking (not system-driven)Ability to translate best practices into practical solutionsUnderstanding of end-to-end manufacturing data flows (ERP MES LIMS shopfloor)Excellent stakeholder collaboration across operations, supply chain, IT, and business teamsWhat do we offer?Hybrid work model: flexibility to work from home and in the office, helping you achieve a healthy work‑life balanceTicket Restaurant: daily meal allowance to support your well-beingFlexible retribution: kindergarten & transport benefits30 labor days of holidays: ample time off to relax and rechargeLanguage lessons: access to language lessons to help you grow personally and professionallyMedical insurance: 60% company-subsidized medical insurance for employees, with option to extend coverage to family members at a highly competitive rateOpen and modern office environment: work in a collaborative, innovative, and comfortable space designed for your success
