Your key responsibilities

- Executing general garden maintenance tasks across a diverse range of properties throughout Mallorca.
- Caring for lawns, hedges, trees, and ornamental plants to keep them healthy and visually appealing.
- Utilizing standard gardening tools and equipment safely and responsibly on a daily basis.
- Coordinating daily maintenance tasks effectively with your team members and employer.
- Departing every morning from Palma with the company team to reach assigned work locations across the island.

What you need to succeed




- At least 12 months of verifiable professional experience in garden maintenance (essential requirement).
- A valid Class B driving license (essential requirement).
- Spanish language proficiency to communicate smoothly with your supervisor and team members.
- Minimum educational level: primary education certificate (certificat d'estudis primaris).
- Additional formal training or vocational qualifications in gardening and horticulture will be highly valued.

What the position offers
- A stable, permanent full-time employment contract.
- A gross annual salary of €19,600, paid out in 14 monthly payments.
- A regular working schedule from Monday to Friday, working from 08:0 to 16:00.
- Job transportation provided directly by the employer, departing daily from Palma to the respective work properties.
