Experteer Overview In this role you help shape the future of observability by building scalable backend services and AI-enabled workflows. You join the Service Architecture Intelligence team, contributing to a high‑scale data pipeline and AI-powered development tooling. You work closely with product teams to influence roadmaps and implement automation for deployment and operations. - Build, maintain, and scale backend services and tools using modern engineering practices
- Pioneer, test, and integrate AI agents and AI-powered workflows into engineering operations (codegen, automated testing, architecture planning, production troubleshooting)

- Distributed systems experience in production
- Strong software development experience in OOP languages, with Java as a must
- Familiarity with asynchronous programming (streams, event-based flows, task queues, message queues)
- Experience using and integrating AI coding assistants and AI agents in engineering workflows
- Ability to deliver high-quality production code in an Agile environment
- Collaborative, team-focused mindset with shared code ownership
