CIMA, or ACA are a plus).1–3 years of experience in finance-related roles such as audit, accounting, controlling, reporting, or commercial finance.Proficiency in US GAAP and financial modeling (Excel), with a solid grasp of key financial and accounting concepts (NPV, IRR, Payback, budgeting).Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities; detail-oriented and self-driven.Capable of working independently and collaboratively across departments and management levels.Analytical mindset, but engaging communication style.Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills in a global, multicultural setting.
