This opportunity is to work in our offices in San Sebastian, Spain.

The Technical Engineering Director

Reports directly to CTO
Drives delivery on customer projects.
Derives new IP from customer needs to expand Multiverse’s product.
Curates a high-performance team. Manages talent allocation
Brings a unique technical expertise to the Tech team.
Communicates with other directors to find cross project synergies.

Required Qualifications

Masters in Machine learning, Physics, Computer Science,



or another STEM field
Minimum 3 years’ industry experience working on NLP, Large Language Models, or Deep learning
Minimum 2 years' experience in Project Management
Proven Team management experience
Minimum 2 years' experience with Python
Ability to work with a diverse team of people, both in-person and through online resources
Fluent in English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

Proven experience managing managers
5+ years of Industry experience building custom software solutions
Experience as customer point of contact
Must be able to develop and manage project plans
Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels in the organisation
Ability to work independently and hit the ground running.
