• Develop integrated channel strategy across markets, linking paid, owned, earned, and emerging digital channels to business objectives




• Support customer engagement planning to move from channel silos to journey-based planning for healthcare professionals and patients where relevant
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align channel strategy with portfolio and brand priorities
• Propose evolution of AstraZeneca's digital presence in response to AI-enabled discovery, search evolution, and authoritative content
• Create channel strategy frameworks, playbooks, and governance to improve consistency and scalability
• Contribute to planning and investment decisions by analyzing channel mix, prioritization, and budget allocation based on data and goals
• Work with analytics to develop measurement frameworks and KPIs, supporting optimization
• Identify and evaluate innovation across media models, digital experiences, content distribution, personalization, and AI-enabled engagement
• Coordinate with internal and agency partners and provide day-to-day support for channel strateg
