As part of our expansion, we, at Netenders, are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Vendor Manager Intern to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about e-commerce, supply chain management, and vendor relations.

Key responsibilities

Identify and prospect new suppliers / vendors based on company needs, initiating contact via calls, emails, and networking.
Negotiate and onboard new vendors, ensuring they meet quality, pricing, and compliance standards.
Assist on managing relationships with current suppliers, assisting in contract negotiations and renewals.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to contractual agreements.
Analyse supplier data and assist in preparing reports to support decision-making.
Work with internal teams to optimize supply chain processes, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
Communicating with the IT and Legal department for new supplier integrations.
Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
Maintain and update vendor management systems and records.
Be proactive in proposing improvement projects, such as developing new tools or processes to enhance vendor operations.




Monitor seller performance, sales trends, and key marketplace KPIs. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns for marketplace vendors.

This is an internship contract. You must be eligible for an internship (either still enrolled in your studies or able to obtain an internship agreement).
Candidates must be part of an Erasmus+ program or currently enrolled at a Spanish University.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Available for a commitment of 4-6 months.
High level of English.
Strong interest in e-commerce.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical skills, including Microsoft Excel/Google sheets.
A proactive and collaborative team player with a growth mindset.
