You'll be responsible for engaging with candidates and collaborating with hiring managers to match talent with job openings.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and attracting candidates for various roles.
- Engage with candidates through phone calls, emails, and social media platforms in Swedish.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.
- Record and maintain accurate documentation of candidate information and recruitment processes.
- Work closely with experienced recruiters to gain insights on best practices and job requirements.




- Participate in training sessions to enhance your recruitment skills and industry knowledge.
- Stay updated on industry trends and contribute ideas to improve our recruitment strategies.

- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is a must.
- No previous experience in recruitment is required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with candidates.
- Interest in the recruitment field and a desire to grow within the industry.
- Proficiency in using social media and online platforms for candidate sourcing.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to complete training and develop skills necessary for recruitment success.
- Available for a 3 months fully paid training in Greece
