Responsibilities
- Drive advertising revenue by managing and growing a portfolio of SMB and mid‑market advertisers.
- Execute high‑volume outbound sales outreach via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Identify upsell, cross‑sell, and reactivation opportunities within existing accounts.
- Consult advertisers on campaign strategy, targeting, and optimization to improve ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance data (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Generate new sales opportunities through prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline development.




- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted digital marketing advisor.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and activity records in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Use AI‑powered tools and sales intelligence platforms to prioritize leads and improve conversion rates.
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and sales targets.

Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales, inside sales, ad sales, or digital marketing account management.
- Strong consultative selling and objection‑handling skills.
- Proven ability to manage high‑velocity sales cycles and outbound engagement.
- Ability to translate marketing performance data into business recommendations.
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts and a dynamic sales pipeline.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
- Native or bilingual level of German and advanced level of English.
