We are seeking a Senior Manager of Quantitative Research to lead Preply’s data-driven insights function supporting Marketing, Corporate Strategy, PR, and long-term growth initiatives. This is a senior role that goes beyond research execution:



you will help shape the research agenda and ensure that Preply’s strategic decisions are grounded in robust quantitative evidence. By combining advanced analytical skills with strategic vision, you will help shape how Preply positions itself globally, responds to market trends, and ensures our product and brand achieve lasting market fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Define and own the quantitative research roadmap for marketing and strategic projects, aligned with company-wide priorities.
- Lead large-scale initiatives such as efficiency studies, brand health trackers, audience segmentation, category sizing and campaign effectiveness research.
- Develop scalable frameworks for measuring brand equity, market positioning, and communication effectiveness.
- Monitor market and category trends, delivering insights that guide product vision, brand strategy, and long-term market fit.
