As a Fashion Support Consultant, You Will
- Handle incoming customer interactions via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring a high-quality service experience
- Accurately log all interactions and provide timely solutions in line with service level agreements (SLAs)
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and systems
- Identify and escalation complex cases when needed to ensure effective resolution
