About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Software Engineer to help build and scale the backend systems powering our global products and platforms.
You will work on highly scalable distributed systems, contribute to the design and implementation of mission-critical services, and collaborate closely with engineering teams across Europe and Asia.
This role is ideal for engineers who are passionate about building reliable, high-performance systems, enjoy solving complex technical challenges,

What You’ll Do:
Backend Engineering
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and distributed systems
- Build high-quality, maintainable, and production-ready software using Java and the Spring ecosystem
- Design and implement clean, reliable, and well-documented RESTful APIs
- Develop resilient event-driven and asynchronous services using modern messaging platforms
- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and resource utilization
- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system stability and operational excellence

System Design & Technical Contribution
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions
- Design scalable solutions for high-concurrency, low-latency, and highly available systems
