As part of our continued international growth, we are looking for a Global Inside Sales – Strategic International Accounts professional to join our team in Madrid. This position plays a key role within our international organization, supporting the operational success of some of Bechtle's largest and most strategic multinational customers.

The successful candidate will become part of our Global OrderDesk team within Bechtle International Division, working in a highly international environment and collaborating with colleagues, customers, suppliers and partners across multiple countries.



The role is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of international customer operations, coordinating the complete order lifecycle, supporting procurement and e-commerce platforms, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and operational excellence.

We are seeking a highly organized and solution-oriented professional who enjoys taking ownership, coordinating complex processes and working across different teams, countries and time zones. This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer operations, order management or inside sales who wants to develop their career within an international environment and contribute to high-impact strategic accounts.
