Key responsibilities
- Support project planning, coordination, and tracking.
- Assist with scheduling, timelines, and resource management.
- Coordinate with designers, producers, copywriters, and stakeholders.
- Help organize project documentation, briefs, and approvals.
- Monitor project progress and follow up on action items.
- Contribute to ensuring projects are delivered on time and with high quality.

More about you
- Currently pursuing studies in Communication, Marketing, Project Management or any related field.
- English & Spanish fluency (written and spoken).
- Good knowledge of video/image formats.
- Interest in project management, production, or marketing.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative,



fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools is a plus.
