What Can You Expect?
- Collaborate on strategic and innovative initiatives that improve the experience of internal users, such as underwriters, claims handlers, and other business teams across Zurich.




- Lead end-to-end research activities across multiple projects, from discovery and user interviews to usability testing, insights synthesis, and recommendations.
- Support product and business teams in understanding user needs, behaviours, pain points, and opportunities, helping shape more user-centred solutions.
- Contribute to the design and validation of innovative experiences, including conversational AI, intelligent workflows, and emerging digital solutions.
- Partner with UX/UI designers, product owners, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure user insights are considered throughout the product lifecycle.
- Drive evidence-based decision making through a combination of user research, business understanding, market trends, and qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Explore new research approaches, tools, and technologies that help the team continuously improve the way we understand
