We're seeking a talented and experienced Business Development & Partnership Manager for all our markets in Europe.
Responsibilities:
The Business Development & Partnership Manager drives the geographic and business growth of the company in Europe.
Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify, prospect, and convince new real estate partners (landlords, property owners, retail groups, shopping centers).
- Sell the Impress model and create strong interest in hosting our clinics.




- Build and manage a solid pipeline of prospects, leading the full negotiation cycle through to contract signature.
- Develop and maintain an active network of strategic partners (landlords, brokers, investors).
- Represent Impress during meetings, site visits, and industry events to maximize expansion opportunities.

Commercial Clinic Expansion
- Identify high‑potential commercial areas in collaboration with data and operations teams.
- Assess the commercial viability of locations (traffic, visibility, patient potential, competition).
- Lead lease negotiations with landlords until legal validation.
- Ensure a smooth handover to internal teams once the site is secured (construction, operations, finance).

Dental Partnership Development (B2B)
- Actively prospect dental practices and orthodontists to develop strategic partnerships.
