What We’re Looking For

This is a rare opportunity to define the future of Flagsmith’s market presence. You’ll need to be both strategic and execution‑oriented – comfortable switching between high‑level planning and day‑to‑day delivery. You’ll work closely with customers, engineers, the open‑source community, and leadership to build strategy, scale the marketing team, prioritise work, and scale our impact.

You’ll be building for developers, so a technical background is a big plus. This role is adecuado for someone who has marketing experience growing a company at the $5-$30M ARR range by more than 2X, and wants to do it again.
